bro wtf??? im trying to finish playing spirit tracks and suddenly, right after leaving the fire temple (the LAST temple, i think), the train controls completely disappear??
i've heard it's seen often in pirates copies of the game, but the glitch only happens after i stop at a village then take off again, or if i change regions (eg. fire region to ice region)
i really wanna know why this is happening because i COULD go straight to the tower to beat the game, but i rlly want to do some other stuff first
#for context#im playing this on an R4 on a new 3ds XL#and this never happened before on my game#so idk#i could try this other ROM of it#but it's in english and not in portuguese#(my native language) so im kinda bummed out#ill try it later tho#tloz#the legend of zelda#spirit tracks#game glitch

i wanted to mentally prepare and save up a bit to buy new 3ds xl for myself but im ready to settle for that lavender 2ds, its so beautiful in its all compressed glory. would n3dsxl really be better than all the others?
also i got our familys busted dslite (the top screen doesnt work) and im gonna buy the screen and the r4 and then im gonna buy clear plastic case (not sure thats the correct word?) and ask our family dsmaster to refurbish it and im a bit giddy about all that. after that, 3ds line
n3DSXL is genuinely a better device in terms of specs, build, and practicality. However, the n3DSXL pales in comparison to the humble lavender 2DS (translation: the n3DSXL is good but unless you are planning on putting an SD card over 64gb then there's really no reason to bother. The processing speed is pretty much only worth it if you wish to play some of the newer 3DS titles/emulate or have a lot of games stored at once. I'd say you can buy the lavender 2DS and if you wanna upgrade you could always get an n3DSXL as well. i find having multiple DS's can come in handy esp if I wanna have my friend borrow one to play my favorite games)
